    Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon back again on my blog, as usual I will tell my experience while in the kitchen, today was assigned to handle food, from ADH namely Dessert (Banana Green), Initially I thought the food was ready but there are not many things that haven't been made yet, for example the main course and others, for example, the green banana sauce is ready but we tasted it, but it didn't taste too much flour, so the flour flavor was dominant rather than the coconut milk flavor, heheheheheh. ... and the sweetness isn't there either, so we remake the green banana sauce ...

  Banana green sauce ingredients namely,

1. Pure Milk

2. Granulated sugar

3. Rice Flour

4. Sweetened condensed milk

5. Vanilla

6. Pandan Leaves

7. Salt

   Mix all ingredients until well blended, cook using low heat, while stirring evenly so as not to clot and also burn the last to put salt and do not forget to enter conclusions of pandan leaves to add flavor to the green banana sauce, after boiling turn off the stove, Then after that Ijo using banana plating, DHHT syrup, ice cubes and finally garnish using, Pandan leaf slices and sweetened condensed milk, who is served.

Not long after we do general cleaning, a few minutes later we do online and get ready to go home.
