Hello guys, back on my blog, this time I am in mid-test and if mid-test we usually come for 2 days, one day to prepare and one day to do. this time I got the mid part on Tuesday, group 3, which meant I had to come on Monday to prepare. Monday I come at 08.00 and while waiting for the other friends after group 1 is complete we immediately go to the pastry to prepare our menu tomorrow is: Chocolate Pie, Cream Coffee Pie, Carissel Croissant, Croissant Cream Coffee, Canape Crab Stick and also Tea and Coffee. After we finished preparing, we immediately cleaned the tools we used and also the working table, after that we immediately did general cleaning and went home.
Today I arrived at 07.00 and then I immediately ordered a pie where we were ready to set up the food we made at the Makassar Poltekpar Directorate. With the assessment phase we distributed the form to every lecturer who came to eat.
