   Assalamualaikum wr.wb and also good afternoon this time I will work on my blog, we learn how to make a legit layer, which in the manufacturing process is very difficult because, the legit layer must have the appropriate layer, if the layer is uneven, then the legit layer will be difficult to mature because, the layer sank into the dough, on the first day of the legit layer, our group was very imperfect, not mature enough that was the problem, hahaahha, tomorrow the day we will learn to make it again even though in making it using a lot of egg yolk but it doesn't matter the name too we are still learning, not too long after we do general cleaning after we do online, and get ready to go home.
