   Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon, this time I will recount my experience while in the kitchen, today we will make processed lobster, I make lobster by mixing cream and also using spinach to replace carbohydrates, which are often used with rice and also potatoes, the taste we produce is very good, we were praised by the lecturers, after that we started the lobster plating by using carrot puree and also edamame bean puree, as an additional ingredient and also to beautify the garnish.

  Then we use the shrimp head to make shrimp stock, instead of throwing it away we use it right ... and we use the stock to make sauce, which is added with cream and spices and so on, we also use edible flowers to salt and also of course for plating.


  Not long after that we brought our dishes to the room of the lecturers who wanted to judge us, and we got comments that it was very tasty, yummy and certainly creamy, said the lecturer, this lobster dish was inferior to dishes in restaurants out there, hehheeheh ... thanks , it's not easy to create delicious dishes, it is necessary to prepare well-cooked and interesting preparations ...


   Not long after that we immediately did general cleaning and a few minutes later we did online and got ready to go home.
