   First I prepare croissant fat, first I increase the croissant fat then after that we cut it into small box shapes and then after that, I flatten the croissant fat using a wooden rolling pin, I flatten the croissant fat slowly so that the shape will be perfect, after that save the croissant fat in the chiller, for several minutes.

    Then after that we make a dough croissant, we mix all the ingredients and after it is mixed evenly we immediately use a mixer, until it becomes a dough that is almost non-sticky, imagine if you use your hands, the results will be different from using a tool, after that we start by flattening the dough then , after that take the croissant fat and then put in the dough, before folding it into a single form, after that save the dough back in the cjiller for several minutes, then remove it again.

   Press the dough again, fold it again then save it into the chiller and so on until finished, when finished then measure the dough to form a triangle, then roll the dough, save it in the sit pan then proofing after proofing bake until it is completely cooked perfectly, but after cooked our croissants declared failed because it does not have the layer that we want but Mr. Ichal said that tomorrow the material is croissants again, until we really know and not long after we do general cleaning, a few minutes later we do online and we are invited to
