Fish and chips are made from fish wrapped in flour and then dipped in bread flour and fried using very hot oil to produce crispy fried fish and also durable. , the following recipe and how to make it,


Ingredients, Marinade ingredients,

1) Doi fillet fish 1) Squeeze lemon

2) Wheat flour 2) Salt

3) Eggs 3) Mustard

4) Bread flour


How to make ,

- Wash the fish first, until clean then drain.

- Put all marinade ingredients into the fish stir until evenly mixed

- Then make the first fish dip material, consisting of teoung flour and after that make a second dip dough, consisting of water and also flour and don't forget to add enough flavoring.

- Enter the fish into the first dipping material, then insert it into the second dipping material, then finally put it in the bread flour until the fish is evenly distributed and there is no visible part of the fish meat.

- Fry in hot oil, fry until golden yellow, then drain and fish are ready for palating and ready to eat.

 - Companion of fish is potato which is cut into wedges first, then mixed with dry flour and do not forget to add flavoring, fry until completely dry and crisp, after that drain and fish and chips are ready to serve.

- After that we immediately break prayer, eat and then we do general cleaning and not long after we do the oneline and we are allowed to go home.
