    Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good morning, the second day we made croissants, where we studied and learned then made croissants, until finally we could make them, on the second day we tried again to make croissants until we could, Mr. Ichal said we had to be able to , because the difficulty of the bread is found in the type of croissants where in the process of making it requires patience and also accuracy in making it, the layer or layer we have to get in making this croissant, we start preparing the material after we start to make it, I and my group team made it with full of confidence and also very careful in the process of his work, my friend started by folding a single dough croissant, so on until completion.

  But at the end we started using it, but the temperature we used was not in accordance with what the standards were set, so be croissants that don't have layers and there are also croissants that are in fact not perfectly cooked and there are also burnt and easily fragile croissants.



  Not long after that, we did general cleaning, and after that we started the nation's children or ate together, 1 hour later we heard the direction from Mr. Ichal that tomorrow we have to repeat making croissants, after that we pray and we are allowed to go home .
