  A few hours later Pak Ichich immediately showed again in the process of making this croissant, he was very careful in making it, this time the fold that we used was, single fold, after a few minutes later we made sour dough or diet bread, because in this process using natural yeast so that the yeast that is produced has a different color and taste, pertsms mix all ingredients and then mix until smooth after that proofing for 1 hour after 1 hour cut the surface of the bread as desired, not long after we start to bake the bread after that, Put it out of the oven and let it chill.


  Not long after, we were allowed to rest (Salat) after that we did general cleaning and soon we did the oneline and were invited to go home.
