Menu Rotasi 2.1 Chinese Food (English Version)

    Daily Activity  :


      Every morning as long as we enter the kitchen we do the oneline in front of the kitchen and after that we are absent by senior brother and while in absent tool bag we also checked one by one if our equipment is not complete then we must complete it as soon as possible and also which was on our campus, after that we put our bags in lockers and after that we immediately do the oneline in the cool kitchen and not long after pak jaya came to us, explaining about chinese food menus.







     And we immediately recorded it to our small book there are some explanations explained by sir jaya about chinese food because Indonesian food is very different from chinese food food, after a few minutes later I was with my group to practice rotation menu 2.1 chinese food, my group get food appetizer (Appetizer)
first spinach it in blanch for two minutes, then after that spinach is put in water that contains ice cubes in chill, and then we drain the spinach to dry.



      After that I went with my group mates to start the roasted peanut chop and a few minutes later we started the plating, the way the beans were laid to the plate and then I picked up the ring cutter and the spinach was printed and set it in garnish with red chilli big and first the spinach and dressingnya mixed together and stirring slowly, then we plating until run out and after plating open resto and after that we clean the work area and after a few minutes then we immediately do the general cleaning and after that we can go home.
