Menu Rotasi.2.2 Thailand Food (English Version)

      Daily Activity  :


      On this day come back again in the first day of practice week. On this day I came to campus a bit late. I came to campus at 08.00, everyone has entered into the new kitchen I came. After that I get ready to go also into the kitchen. I came then a line in the cool kitchen. Then Mr. Wawan got into the cool kitchen at 08.20. But before we start practice we pray first. After praying, Mr. Wawan gave us motivation about our future. Then Mr. Wawan remember to always follow the rules that apply in the kitchen. Mr. Wawan got many experiences from the past until now, therefore we are directed to always obey our duties and responsibilities


    


    Then around 09.00 Pak Wawan finished delivering the impression and message, krna again there are meetings outside. After that around 09.30 Pak Jaya into the cool kitchen. Mr. Jaya convey for the menu today is the rotation menu II.2. The first rotation II.3 then Pak Jaya replace the rotation menu II.2. The II.2 rotation menu is Thai Beef Salad, Tom Yam Goong, Gai Tod Takrai, Yam Makeua Yo, Khau Plao, Khao Neow Ma Muany. After that Pak Jaya split the group doing today. What is doing today is a group of one and his two task groups cleaning kitchen or something dirty. Karna today said Pak Jaya there is Minister of Tourism want to go straight to see the kitchen, so we have to be ready and clean-up. After that I get Dessert ie Khao Neow Ma Muany. Together with my friend four people did it.

   Then we start doing at 10:00 to 13:00. After that we started working on our assignments and groups. Then I took glutinous rice to wash and then soaked half an hour and in cooking. After waiting in the soak, I took mango in the chiler to peel and in the slice. The one who worked on it was a friend of my group. Then around 11:00 am start in the glutinous rice cooking with coconut milk and added pandan leaves. Then after flattening everything, then steamed until cooked. When everything is done, around 13.30 it's all done. After that around 14.30 we break smpai at 15.30. Then we entered and general cleaning at 16.00 until 17.00. Then we ate together. And we came home at six-thirty.
