Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, back again in my blog account after this few days off, I will tell you my experience when I started entering the kitchen, the thing that will never be forgotten first we do oneline in front of the kitchen while we are absent by senior brother, forgot also our tool bag is checked when our tool bag is incomplete then we must complete it, after that we keep our bag into locker and after that we go back to do oneline in the kitchen and its oneline based on group.
After that we refreshed a little explanation about senior brother, and soon the senior brother told us to collect small book and then we call one by one by senior brother and we in the review, I reviewed by senior brother 30 minutes and also my friend, when finished in the review we started reading the recipes that have been distributed and after that we are invited to prepare the ingredients we need, my group get the appetizer (Chinese Spinach and Peanut Salad), the ingredients prepare are spinach, roasted peanuts, vegetable oil, light soy sauce, sugar, salt and minced ginger (optional) roasted white sesame seed for decoration.
And after we prepare us, let's share the story about casual, so I think casual is to train our physical to where we will survive and also we in our mental train, where we must hold and be patient and in my opinion we must obey the rules I can also take the lesson that in this casual a lot of very important lesson, that is our patience to where we can conquer the kitchen, and continue to learn and after that we are allowed rest and after the break we immediately do general clening and after that we prepare - ready to go home.
