Before entering the kitchen we checked the equipment first, after that we lined up neatly in front of the kitchen. and we are invited to enter the kitchen one by one and we immediately do the oneline, and we immediately put out prepare from the chiller and after that, we start to heat the food and after that we put it into new container, and also we repeat the making of yellow butter cake, because it does not meet the standards that apply both in form and taste.















         
And after that I was with my group to make a dessert of yellow butter cake, french bread and hard roll, I shared with my friend each task that is, I make french bread while my other friend make yellow butter cake and also hard roll, I started weighing the ingredients of fench bread and after that I started making french bread using a mixer machine and I mixed the french bread making materials into the mixer container, in the mixer until the calf and so on I started to memproofing the dough.















       After a few minutes later after my bread dough expands I start applying egg wash and after that I start to bake the french bread, and not long after the french bread is cooked mature evenly, I start removing it from the oven and storing it in the table working to cool and after the cold, I with my group friend started to slice the french with the cutting and after cutting I directly put it into the bread basket and do not forget to serve it with butter, and ready to serve.
