        Monday 5th february, 2018 I' first entered the kitchen after a long holiday, I' did the oneline in front of the kitchen while our tool bag checked by senior brother after that we kept our bags in the locker and after that we immediately did oneline in the cool kitchen and after a few minutes we listen to the briefing from senior siblings out that we immediately arivved Mr. Syahrial and Mr. Syahrial proviede guidance on the various breakfast and what menus are suitable in accordance with the standard breakfast such as continental and others.


       We are given guidance by Mr. Syahrial what is breakfast ,all kinds of breakfast that is continental breakfast,english breakfast and american breakfast and we are also informed by Mr. Syahrial about serving breakfast at 06.00 - 10.00am past the hour is not said again with breakfst but lunch because it has entered the middle of the day lunch, usually the menu is in order at lunch time ranging from heavy to light menu, after which usually run out at lunch hotel usually serve coffe breaks like tea and coffe and various other ligt snacks.


       And soon we started removing the bag from the lockers and removing the tool bag, we also each because we will clean the kitchen anytime soon,every time we finished the practice, kitchen cleaning activities never forgolten my duty to brush the floor butcher area while my friend duty to clean the desk or work area around it and do not forget also I' helped my friend clean the pastry and not long after my task has been finished I'rushed out of the kitchen and do not forget also I'take a break.
