Daily Activity  :


     In the morning I do the oneline in the cool kitchen and do not forget we start our practice, by praying after that we are given a briefing by, senior brother and we are also in formed that each grup must make, english muffin and plain muffin for english breakfast and after that we started doing, scaling the other part afterwards we did rounding.


    after our english muffin dough is soft then we put it into the mold o not forget also when put the dough, after that we we put into the mould) and do not forget also when pag dough when we was be a carefful and after that we started fermintion a few minutes later, finished kay proofing immediately smeared it slowly and after that we start to make a few minutes and after cooked,,remove from the oven and chill.


   the from that we, immediately clean the work area after cleaning our work area directly help other group to prepare indonesian, breakfast sincerely, I' want to help other group to finish fast and we can, together rest, I' helped cut the vegetables bunch of pieces that is , strip and after that I immediately do other work, make garlic chop, onion and make marinade sate and do not forget also I make pickled pieces macedoine and after that we do general cleaning and get ready to go home.
