Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon guys, back again in our beloved blog all, hopefully those who read are not sleepy ... hehhehhe ... today we will make a traditional traditional Makassar cake, that is, parangi apang where the cake has a taste sweet and legit because it uses a mixture of shaved palm sugar, and most important here we use natural yeast from poteng. Initially, pour the yeast with the eggs then stir using the hands huh hehhee ,, wash the hands first guys, then let stand for a few minutes, until fluffy and finally enter the flour and also fresh milk and finally refined palm sugar, stir until mixed thoroughly evenly, and let it rest a few minutes.
And finally take the dough then pour into a floating mold, evenly but beforehand, preheat the oven first, and apply the surface of the mold with a little touch of oil to prevent it from sticking, and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked and fluffy, then remove from the mold then chill now, here I want to see the results, hahhaha ,,,,,,,,,,
But the results were very disappointing because what we made did not have pores or did not expand and the term, it was slow ,, it's okay tomorrow we will try again, after that we immediately do general cleaning, after that we do online and get ready to go home.
