    Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon guys, back again in my blog account, same as usual, I will tell you my experience while in the kitchen, this time my experience of making mille crepes, hehehe ,,,,, at first I was not confident to make it, but I keep wanting to clean my nails to make it, guys I tried watching youtube, guys tutorials, it's really hard yeah in my opinion maybe I should try it ,, with a little patience so that it can make this mille crepes, oh yeah before starting our practice over first to pray first and do online, and after that we get a little direction by Pak ical about mille crepes, oh yeah in this group mille crepes are divided into several groups, I happen to get mille crepes groups, Sikoro.


   The ingredients for making mille crepes are eggs, fresh milk, flour, melted butter, vanilla powder and food coloring, then the way to make it is the same as making omelette, guys, initially mix eggs and sugar using ballon whisk and then after mixing put the flour first, but before sifting the flour first yah guys, then after that add liquid milk, and finally enter the liquid margarine stir again until evenly distributed guys ,, after that let stand for a few minutes, then, heat the pan first, then apply with just a little thin oil, guys, then pour the mille crepes mixture into the pan, make an omelette, after the surface is a bit dry then, lift the omelette, do that until the batter runs out, then make the pastry cream first, mixer cream by using vanilla until soft and mixed until evenly distributed, set aside or enter into the chiller, then after that take the omelette to dab astry cream evenly, do it until it has a high coating, then after that put mille crepes into the chiller overnight,

  Not long after we rested and finally did general cleaning and a few minutes later we did oneline and got ready to go home
