Ingredients that must be prepared are wheat flour, sugar, salt, eggs, palm sugar and of course vanilla powder, and the most unique thing here is, making this paranggi floating cake using hands, why use hands, that's what I also question until now ,, heheheeh ,,
then the beginning of our pembutan, first mix the yeast with the egg and then mix it evenly using the hands of course ,, hehehe ,, after mixed let it stand for a few minutes
Then mix the other ingredients and of course use your hands, mix until evenly distributed, after that pour into the mold that has been smeared with, oil and then put in a little bit of paranggi dough into the mold here I don't use an oven, but I use a stove yes guys heheheh ... I want to know whether it can mature and expand perfectly ... hehehe uses the smallest fire ... it turns out hahahahha ...
The inside is ripe but it is burnt outside hehehhe ... this is the second try guys ... never mind the name is also learning, I have to learn a lot ... heheheh we also showed the results of our paranggi apang cake to pak ical but pak ical said this the technique of making it wrong ... ok I'll study at home with grandma later ,not long after we do general cleaning and a few minutes later we do online and get ready to go home
