   Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon meeting again on my blog this time I will learn to make fermented foods, which are traditional foods typical of Makassar's Bugis
(Black Glutinous Tape), where the food has a pretty sweet taste and also has a slightly odor of palm wine, before making it there are many things and restrictions that need to be believed as a myth of making tape, it is required for the tape maker to be clean and far from the word unable to attend, and also may not mention things that are prohibited, so if it happens the tape will not be, hahahhaha ,,,,,

  In the beginning of making the tape I had to go to the market to buy, the ingredients, especially black glutinous rice, I chose the best one, then I bought two kinds of yeast, one yeast that is perfectly round, and has a very smooth surface and also type in the grasp will be fast brittle and broken, then the second yeast that is, has a rather rough surface and does not have a perfectly round shape but not easily broken, hehheheh ... then I used the first yeast,


   The way to make it is, glutinous rice is washed several times, after leaving it for the whole night, then steaming the rice until really fluffier then after that, chill on a tray and after a cold sprinkle the yeast until well blended, after blending, form into several parts, round and fist shape - fist until evenly distributed, then save it in a banana leaf container and cover tightly and mentorate for several days ,, heheheheh oh yes here I add sugar water on the second day, so that it tastes legit and also perfectly sweet ,,
