I bought as much as 1 kg of cassava, in this experiment I really prepared it carefully, guys, the ingredients and equipment that we use must be clean and also complete luckily at home, yes hehehe ,,,, the beginning of making it peel the skin so that it is evenly distributed, then wash using running water until it is completely clean and also white, then cut the cassava according to taste, preheat the steam first until the heat is completely evenly perfect don't forget to cover the steaming lid using a clean napkin.
After that, check the steam if the steam is evenly distributed, then add the cassava that has been cut according to taste, and close the steam again, and steam for 30 minutes or until cooked evenly, and after cooking, turn off the stove and lift the cassava, then place it on top let the tray cool a bit ,, yeah guys and after it's cold, take cassava one by one then forget it into the yeast which has been blended until it's really smooth huh, sprinkle the surface of the cassava until it's completely evenly distributed and none of the cassava surfaces are missed, do well until it's finished ,, then when it's finished put the cassava into an airtight container that has been covered with banana leaves, do it until it's finished, and finally say the container until it is evenly distributed, and ferment, until a few days, until it's ready to be Serve,,,
A few minutes later we started cleaning our work area even though we did it at home we had to maintain the cleanliness of the house, right, no guys, hehhe ... and didn't forget we were resting,
