Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, for the first time I entered the kitchen after the Eid holiday, as usual before entering the kitchen we were obliged to do an oneline while the senior brother served us one by one then after that we stored our bags in the locker then our equipment was stored on the workbench , and after that we did another oneline while the older brother wrote down what menus we would make, Oriental Buffet then the senior brother divided the new group because our group's friends were part of the gammara hotel.
I got the second group on duty to make Dessert which is dessert, consisting of Tang yuan, Khao Heow Ma Muany, Tang Zhong and then I divided the tasks, I made tang yuan consisting of glutinous rice flour, warm water and food coloring and stuffing that is, black sesame roasted and then blended until smooth and after that melt the butter and add granulated sugar until well blended after that enter the sesame stirring slowly and set aside, then the process of making the mixture, cook the water not to boil lukewarm - nail polish then put it in flour that has been added to food coloring stir until evenly distributed and then give it the shape of a round shape like balls.
After that, cook the water until it boils, then put Tang yuan into the boiling water if Tang yuan is already floating on the surface, it means it is cooked, remove the drain and put it in cold water and then drain again and put it in the container. and don't forget we also make sugar water don't forget to add pandan leaves, then set aside.
then after we finished, we put Tang yuan in a bowl, add sugar water and then sprinkle white sesame and also not forget to decorate Tang Yuan with sliced pandan leaves, and Tang Yuan was ready to serve, after that we started doing semester one general cleaning too helped us, cleaned up and also I learned how to put the equipment, and soon we were on line and getting ready to go home.
