      Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, Today I made another Dessert that is, Cucuru bayao the ingredients are, Egg yolks, rice flour, cake emulsifier, granulated sugar, wheat flour and also yellow dye, first egg yolk mixer, granulated sugar, cake emulsifier and also added chopped walnuts, after expanding, add rice flour and wheat flour that has been roasted first, then stir it until it is well mixed.


      After that, take a baking sheet with a thin oil, and also spread the cake mold with thin oil and then put it in a steaming pan in which there is a slurry cake mold that has been heated and steamy for two minutes. fill the cake mold with the mixture slowly, not to be full, steam for fifteen minutes, then slowly remove it from the mold, place it on the insert.


      Now we make simple syrup, cook until the sugar dissolves, don't burn it, stir constantly, then add the bayao cucuru cake into simple syrup one by one in a small flame, then lift the cake back, put it in the insert again, flush again with simple syrup evenly and slowly, do until all is finished and finished, after a few hours later we rest and after that we immediately do general cleaning, until completely clean and a few minutes later we do the oneline and get ready to go home.
