Hotel Gammara (English Version)

 Daily Activity :

   In the morning I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and I went straight to the egg corner section I started checking what ingredients were not complete then, after that the customer came, wanted omlette and also omelet but crunchy, I made it then not long then I made meatball noodles again because of the many requests that I had to move quickly.

                                                 


                                                   

                                                   


   Then not long after the time for breakfast was over I immediately cleaned up the unused equipment and also the ingredients I immediately put it in the chiller then not long after that I and my friend took a break then prayed and after that I continued again to prepare the menus for breakfast.

                                               

                                               
                                                  

                                        

   I made condiment, cut vegetables, made sauce and also made fried shrimp with salted egg sauce, and other menus, we also prepared menus for sale later in the evening until evening, a few hours later I was allowed with my friend to go home.
