    Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon back again on my blog, I will tell you a little of my experience in making puff pastry, so first I was taught first how to make croissants together, pak ical and after that we immediately made puff pastry, where we initially started prepare the ingredients we need after that, we start doing slowly slowly, first start mixing flour and sugar and then add butter and other ingredients as well, after that the puff pastry mixture is stored for a few minutes in the chiller then, after that it's in remove it then in the form as desired, then form the puff pastry dough my group gets a butterfly puff pastry form, initially remove the puff pastry from the chiller then, rolling the dough thinly then give a sprinkling of sugar and finally with raisins and then roll slowly - do not forget the land and after rolling it close together until it is really tight and shaped into a butterfly u then give another sprinkling of sugar on the surface of the puff pastry until evenly distributed, let stand a few hours of puff pastry until fluffy, then bake for 20 minutes at low temperature or until golden yellow and perfectly cooked,


   After it's been baked, take it out and don't forget to cool it down, and the result is our puff pastry, the ripe surface is imperfect, the puff pastry looks burnt and inside it's wet and the results are very unsatisfactory, we immediately show it and say tomorrow we have to again, hehehhehe, as a form of learning so that in the future we can produce high quality pastry products ,,


  Not long after we did general cleaning and after that we immediately ate together ,, and after eating ,, we immediately did oneline and get ready to go home.
