  And then take the bakpia mixture then give the filling then form a round, trim the bottom of the bakpia until evenly spherical, after that, spread the egg yolks then bake until cooked and golden yellow in color, today we make bakpia with very satisfying results because bakpia we have crisp and soft skin, just the right thing for consumption, after a few hours we do general cleaning and get ready to go home.
