   Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good afternoon, this time I was really late posting my blog because the schedule was quite solid ... hehheeh ...... before we entered the kitchen area we first did an oneline with Mr.Ichal the material given is meteri how to make pia, initially I saw my friend make it, but I was very difficult hehehe ... first I started preparing the ingredients, then I started mixing the ingredients

    For making pia skin, these ingredients have flour, oil, milk powder and also other ingredients and as for him, in the process of making this I together with my friend prepare the second ingredients because in the process of making bakpia requires two doughs, the inside and the outside batter, I had difficulty, to make the bakpia skin because of the process of folding on the dough sometimes it makes my dough cracked and also does not coalesce causing the bakpia to be hard and also tight and may become rubbish, , sakiing so hard bakpia dough ...


   Today we made Bakpia maybe the next day we have to learn again because from the texture of the dough our group is so tough and can't be consumed first I start tasting it it feels like a stone hehehehhe ... tomorrow we will fix it again because we made the bakpia again does not have a crisp texture and is also soft when going to bite, the texture is hard. tomorrow we will repeat it again ..
after that we immediately do general cleaning, and get ready to go home.
