  Daily Activity :

   Good morning, this time we start the practice by doing an oneline in front of Kichen, then the senior brother checks our equipment if our equipment is not complete, we will get a punishment that is eating garlic, one piece of equipment is incomplete, we will eat five garlic. Then after that we keep our bags in our lockers and toolbars we store under table working, and start the practice today with reading prayers led by one of my classmates.


                       

 then there were a lot of my friends who could not take part in the practice because there were people who were sick and also various other matters, and by chance today I and the butcher team didn't prepare, so we helped the group that needed our staff, like the main course group, and also my soup group helped my friend make vegetable plecing I first started taking ingredients in the chiller and then started making spices that were needed, that is, for bumbtomatas and chili seasonings.

                                         

  After that I started to stir the spices until fragrant and changed color and then I put the grated coconut stir until evenly distributed then add salt, palm sugar and also the flavor of lime, stir again until evenly distributed, and finally pour into a bowl and put the vegetables first in a blanch mixed into one bowl until well blended, then move it into the insert and don't forget to tidy up and sprinkle the fried onions and plecing kale ready to serve. not long after the restaurant opened, we immediately carried out general cleaning and also made an oneline and prepared to go home.
