MID TEST.EUROPEAN BUFFET (English Version)

  Daily Activity  :

      Assalamualaikum wr.wb And good morning today I am the last group to take part in the mid test, the menu is the european buffet, I and my group team share their respective tasks, I and my two friends work on the main course namely, Spaghetti and Spaetzle first I make the sauce is bolognaise, where I add oregano as a taste of European specialties, then I cook the bolognaise sauce until cooked, and the next day I reheat the bolognaise sauce. and not long after that I cooked pasta where the maturity level had to be al-dente which was around 7-8 minutes, lifted and then drained then pour the pasta into ice water.

                                               



    Not long after that, drain the paste and put it in the insert, mix it with the bolognese sauce, mix until evenly and then put spaghetti into the new insert, then do not forget to sprinkle oregano as a typical European food and also not sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste and then spaghetti is ready to be served. I also helped my friend make a spaetzle, which consisted of egg flour and fresh milk and mixed it into one.



   Then a few hours later we were plating each and then we explained with my friend in front of our lecturers, after that we took a short break then soon we ate together, and did general cleaning, doing the oneline and getting ready to go home.
