And my other friend, also pointed out and explained, and after that we immediately started the practice again, I issued a preparation in the chiler, then started thinking about the plating that would later be presented to guests, namely the same plating using lettuce, and also additional chopp beans, then a few minutes later, the restaurant open sign opened, and we were all team members, all were ready and the food was all ready.
And we just listen to the order, the one who enters and then we start plating when there is an order coming in, not long after a few hours later, the restaurant closes and we start preparing for any deficient ingredients in the main ingredient in making the Appatizer and labeling and storing into the chiler after that, we got ready to do general cleaning. and do oneline and get ready to go home.
