Assalamuailaikum wr.wb today the third day, We entered the practice, which is the third day, the practice where we start by cooking rice namely from Japanese rice, then I blanch the shrimp and also cut the cucumber and after that I make an omelette and soon I preparing sushi stuffs namely, chicken breast or chicken breast because yesterday's catfish ran out, so replace it with chicken breast using teriyaki sauce.
then a few minutes later the open restaurant took place and we started making sushi because of the many orders, we made it when there were orders because this is ala carte, where we use time and speed because we don't want to make guests wait long, then after we make my sushi plating carefully and also carefully.
One hour later the restaurant was closed when we cleaned the work area then, after that we did the prayer and after that we broke up then, not long after we, did general cleaning after our general cleaning, immediately ate and did the oneline and got ready to go home.
