Assalamualaikum wr.wb and good morning today we entered the practice on the second day I got a dessert group, my dessert was on duty to make me take a bath with my group of friends, the other friends made another dessert I was helped by my other partner, help me prepare the ingredients for making katiri baths, namely:
There are also ingredients, there is sticky rice flour, tapioca flour, water, palm sugar, salt, coconut milk and also pandan leaves as the garnish later, we first mix the flour and flour, we add the water little by little then add the salt to stir until evenly distributed, then make like ping-pong balls after that we make the sauce, put palm sugar, coconut milk, cooking salt until thickened, then put the pandan leaves into the sauce, boil the bath until cooked after the katiri floats indicating it is cooked and then serve the bath with brown sugar sauce , sliced pandan leaves, and ready to be served to customers.
Then a few minutes later the open restaurant was opened, the order for the shower was increasing, I was helped by my friend, for plating, and as soon as possible to present it,
after that we immediately do general cleaning, and after that we take a short break, then not long after we oneline, and get ready to go home.
